During the period of hotel construction, we will provide technological services in three aspects: program decision, project consultation and business preparation, making sure that the owner can establish a star-level hotel of reasonable layout,scientific management, market-suiting orientation and international standards with the most profitable expenses.

Program decision

Based on comprehensive analyses of the economic developing trend, investing environment, consuming level, competitors and other factors of the place where the hotel is located, and taking into account investing budget and business target estimation, provide the owner with a project and a brief feasibility analysis.

Project consultation

Adjust the layout according to market orientation and business management. Settle the standards for guestroom, dinning hall, main products and auxiliary facilities, perfecting the scheme for project implementation. Give technical demands and deploying suggestions for strong and weak electricity, heating system and air conditioning, water supply and drainage system and equipments of the hotel. Give consultative opinions as to the design of decoration, lighting, furniture, art pieces, etc. in the guestrooms as well as public places in the hotel. Provide purchasing list; help the owner invite bids or bid itself; perfect the contract articles between owner and supplier.

Business preparation

Decide organizational framework; set up managing system; work out operating procedures and rules and regulations; raise marketing scheme; carry out employment, training, purchasing, marketing and other jobs; make overall arrangement of various business preparations until the opening ceremony is completed.
