Management of consigned operation

In accordance with the managing pattern and service standards of Nanyuan Hotel, work out a whole set of perfect working procedures and regulatory requirements and a series of strict managing system; set up scientific system of quality examination, marketing, training, financing and purchase and supply; through all-sided and effective professional hotel management, make full use of Nanyuan’s brand and technology advantages to establish a professional and highly efficient managing team as well as staff; achieve top-class service standard; well control the cost and maintain hotel facilities; and maximize hotel owners’ profits and return.

Contracting management

According to the modern corporate theory and requirement of separating ownership and management, we the company shall have the complete managing power over the enterprise. The owners are entitled to fixed dividend and required to nominate the hotel as "Nanyuan Hotel". We the company shall, according to the managing mode and service standard of Nanyuan Hotel, provide professional management and operation upon the hotels.

Consulting management

Assign a vice general manager and leaders of key departments to assist hotel general manager in operation and management. General Manager is appointed by the owner and fees for consulting management will be charged.

Property management

Undertake property management of upscale office buildings, apartment buildings, and living community of large and middle scale factories and enterprises. Provide professional management according to hotel-like service standards.

Training consultation

●  Undertake training or provide in-company training. Based on the branch hotels of the group and according to owners’ specific requirements, formulate pertinent training schemes, appoint experienced training experts to be in charge of the implementation of various training activities, and organize and arrange probation.

●  Hold seminar workshop. Periodically hold various senior seminar workshops that are closely related to the industry development. Invite famous experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and professors and teachers of related colleges from China and abroad to give lectures. Make reasonable arrangements to send trainees to investigate and study in famous domestic and foreign hotels.

●  Hold training classes for diploma and professional certificate. Co-hold training classes for professional certificates with authoritative hotel-managing organizations and co-hold classes for diploma with famous colleges and institutes in China.
