●   The Nanyuan Pledge

When you have a guaranteed reservation and we are unable to accommodate you for any reason ,we will arrange accommodation for you at another hotel at our expense, transfer you to the other hotel and provide transportation back to our hotel where we wanted you to be in the first place.

●   Guarantee Policy

Reservations will be held until 6 pm on day of arrival (local hotel time) unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit. Guaranteed reservations cancelled prior to 6 pm on day of arrival (local hotel time) will not be charged, but if it’s cancelled later than 6 pm or no show on day of arrival, a one-night room rate will be charged.

●   Other Policies

The hotel has complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport for some flights . Please immediately let us know if you need. If you have any changes for your reservation please inform us .The room rate may be changed accordingly.
