Club members in different levels, whose total room and F&B history bill record(s) in Nanyuan hotel or other designated hotels for one year period must exceed a specified amount or keep the account balance over a specified amount, may maintain their member level status. Details as follows:
1.Level A membership maintaining requirements
For level A members, whose total newly earned reward points in Nanyuan Hotel or other designated hotels for one year must exceed 1000 points, or keep his or her account balance in the club over RMB1000yuan, otherwise, the club has the rights to degrade him or her to level B member.
2.Level AA membership maintaining requirements
For level AA members, whose total newly earned reward points in Nanyuan Hotel or other designated hotels for one year must exceed 5000 points, or keep his or her account balance in the club over RMB5000yuan, otherwise, the club has the rights to degrade him or her to level A member.
3.Level AAA membership maintaining requirements
For level AAA members, whose total newly earned reward points in Nanyuan Hotel or other designated hotels for one year must exceed 20000 points, or keep his or her account balance in the club over RMB20000yuan, otherwise, the club has the rights to degrade him or her to level AA member.
4.Member level status changes
● For level A members, whose total newly earned reward points in Nanyuan Hotel or other designated hotels for one year below 1000 points, meanwhile his or her account balance in the club below RMB1000yuan, the club has the rights to degrade him or her to level B member.
● For level B members, whose total newly earned reward points in Nanyuan Hotel or other designated hotels for less than a year over 2000 points, or his or her account balance in the club over RMB2000yuan, he or she may have the rights to apply for level A membership of Nanyuan VIP Club again.
● For level B members, whose total newly earned reward points in Nanyuan Hotel or other designated hotels for one year below 500 points, meanwhile his or her account balance in the club is zero, his or her membership will be revoked, meanwhile all reward points in his or her account will be forfeited.
● For guests, whose past membership was once revoked by the club, have to go through the same application procedure for new members to regain his or her membership, but the forfeited points could not be recovered.
● For members, who do not follow all the terms and conditions of the credit agreement signed with the club, the club has the rights to revoke his or her membership , forfeit all the points earned, and reserve the right to take legal action according to Chinese law.
1. Only individuals aged 18 or above are eligible to apply for membership of Nanyuan VIP Club. All employees of Nanyuan Hotel and hotels designated by the club are ineligible to enroll as members.
2. Members are required to present card and input password when settle bills with your card in hotels designated by the club. Members are also required to show card to earn reward points.
3. Members may visit the club web site or dial service centre hotline or direnctly go to the service centre to check all the relevant information.
4. The club will confiscate cards which are registered lost by club members.
5. The hotel cashiers will not print legal invoice to these members who already have received their legal invoice at the time of depositing money to their accounts.
6. The club has the rights to revoke his or her membership if a member does not obey the terms and conditions of Nanyuan VIP Club.
7. The terms and conditions of Nanyuan VIP Club are subject to change, modification, cancellation with or without prior notice.
8. The Nanyuan VIP Club reserves the right to explain all the terms and conditions in detail.
