REGULATION FOR MEMBERS REDEEM THE POINTS

To reward the guests, the “Points redeem for gifts” of Nanyuan VIP Club has began. You may choose to redeem your points for various gifts or services specified by Nanyuan Hotel.

Ⅰ.Conditions to join in the "Points redeem for gifts"
All the members of Nanyuan VIP Club can join in the activity except:
1. The member account was frozen.
2. The account arrearage exceeded 3 months (including) or above.
3. The expired VIP card, as well as the cardholder cancels the card voluntarily.
4. The cardholder disobeys the conditions and items of Nanyuan VIP Club.

Ⅱ.Audit the points account and redeem method
1. Members can visit the web-site or dial service center hotline or to the service center to audit the points account records:
1) Audit the points account for earnings of a month
2) Audit the points account for earnings
3) Audit the points account for redeem
4) Audit the points account for transfer
2. Members can redeem the points at the Nanyuan VIP Card Service Center.

Swimming semiyearly Card (one)	159200	Cardholders are entitled to exercise in gymnasium and in-door swimming pool freely in the Nanyuan Hotel. The card is only for one person and valid within six months from the day issued.
Swimming yearly Card (one)	279200	Cardholders are entitled to exercise in gymnasium and in-door swimming pool freely in the Nanyuan Hotel. The card is only for one person and valid within one year from the day issued.

Ⅴ. Special remarks
1. The application of joining in the activity can not be cancelled or changed when it is accepted. And the points will reduce from the cardholder’s account correspondingly.
